Terms of service

1.   Agreed service will be provided by the company through the service personal to the client for a period of 30 days comprising 30/60 shifts/sessions, commencing from the date and place as stated overleaf, and each shift comprise not less than 8 hours and additional service for no more than 4 hours.

2.   The service period shall automatically be renewed for same number of days (30days), shifts, and number of service personnel, unless the client/his sponsor gives notice of termination or a change of service specifications (number of shifts, number of service personnel), at least 3 days before the end of service date desired by the client/his sponsor.

3.   Service charges agreed herein shall be for each shift from 5-11 am to 5-11 pm or 5-11 pm to 5-11 am, as the case may be. these time limits for pricing shall not apply for optional care, special transport and physiotherapy services.

4.   Client/his sponsor shall pay a caution deposit equals to one-month service charge as means of insurance, in which the company issues a receipt against. in case of service termination, the company will refund the caution deposit amount; after deducting any outstanding payment amount.

5.   Client/his sponsor shall pay the entire value of 30days of service at the 20th of each calendar month and maximum by the 25th of that month to avoid discontinuation of service.

6.   In case of service change, a new contract shall be made between the company and the client/his sponsor. the client/his sponsor shall pay a revised caution deposit equals to one-month service charge, in which the company issues a receipt against along with a copy of the new contract.

7.   Service personnel will be transported only in company's transportation, and not by any other means.

8.   Client/his sponsor agree to procure and keep necessary consumables and equipment at own cost as suggested by company service personnel or supervisor for effective discharge of agreed service.

9.   Client/his sponsor is obligated to take care of safety and security, what so ever, of the service personnel at his home or such other place of service in the course of services.

10.Client/his sponsor shall provide food for service personnel at his cost during duty hours at his home or such other place of service.

11.Client/his sponsor shall not offer private jobs or try to employ the service personnel at his home, establishment, or company, or of any of his relater persons without the consent of company, and in case of violation of this condition, the client/his sponsor shall indemnify the company by paying a sum of KD 3000/-per service personnel within seven days of such notice for indemnification.

12.Company shall make available its service personnel at the place of service mentioned herein during the agreed period herein.

13.in exceptional circumstances, where the service personnel are not available for service as agreed, the company me reschedule the service with or without information, and in such circumstances, the company shall not be held liable for any compensation /damages.

14.The company has a right to give 2 days at least as leave for the nursing staff per month.

15.Company may at its discretion change the service personnel without any notice to the client/his sponsor.

16.The company has a right to change nursing staff every 3 or 4 months.

17.Company may terminate its service without any notice to client/his sponsor at any discretion without any liability, what so ever.

18.Terms for service for taking service personnel overseas will be agreed separately upon written request from client/his sponsor.

21.In case customer deterred in payment, service will be stopped and the contract will be terminated, and there will be an additional KD-50.000 fee charged on to the customers outstanding balance.

22.Kuwait law shall apply for all purpose, and any dispute or difference shall be settled only through Kuwait courts.
